I have a chipped xbox 360, and a cd rom which i copy the image of games and then burn them onto a dual layered disc. Up until now i have only burned friends games, i have heard if i burn games from the video store, they will be able to see if i have done so?

I have reason to believe that someone may have installed a key logger on my usb 2.0/flash drive. Will the program KL-Detector be able to scan the flash drive? Or does it only scan hard drives?

Been reading up an saw about the Super Smash Bros Brawl exploit, then got told i need the wii hack pack version 4 which i couldnt find to download, i dont want to chip the wii or open it up in anyway. All I really want to do is play games off my hard drive and burned DVD games. Do I really need the 3CE or will the 2.6CE Xecuter chip be fine?

Also, is there any difference in not getting kicked off live when the chips are disabled?

How easy is for the internet service provider to install the keylogger program on my pc?

How easy is it for the someone who works at my internet service provider and have access to all of those servers and ISPS and everything else, to install the keylogger program on my pc? I am asking the possibilities, how and how to defend the surveilence system installed on my laptop? since i bought a new recovery cd and it did not help.i think either one of these situations is happening:
A-someone from the internet provider is installing pc surveillance on my laptop
B-the cd is been tempered by that I mean someone who had physical access to the recovery discs installed the bug on the cd , therefore no matter what whenever I reinstall the vista the bug comes back there again.
IC- have a hardware keylogger inside my laptop; which means the person who had actually physical access to my laptop has installed a physical transmitter bug or whatever you call it on it that sends info to the other side of the wall.

fd- airies are hacking into my laptop
